Tropical rain tops 100 mm an hour. Rooftop palms meet the wind. One hotel can need 10,000 plants. We design landscape as part of the building, drawn with your architects and built by our own team

How we work · OceaniQ Nusa Dua

From master plan to a living garden

Step 01Concept

We study the site, climate and cultural context, listen to your goals and set the style, zoning, palette and key landscape elements

Step 02Technical documentation

A full set of working drawings: grading, drainage, irrigation, lighting, paving, planting plans and plant schedules

Step 03On-site implementation

Our team prepares soil, plants, installs hardscape, irrigation and lighting, and runs the site to the drawings

Step 04Maintenance & aftercare

Warranty visits after installation, then ongoing care: plant health, irrigation and seasonal upkeep

Technical solutions

The landscape carries water, weight, heat and wind. We solve each in the drawings, before it costs money on site

Why it pays

Green design is higher value

Eco-landscaped properties sell higher, sell faster, cost less to run and keep tenants longer

12–18%property value premium for eco-landscape developments
30%cooling energy saved by green roofs and vertical greening
50–85%less stormwater runoff with integrated bioretention
$11–1320-year net present value per sq ft for certified green landscape systems

Industry benchmarks for green landscape systems, not results of one specific project

For developers and architects

Three ways to work with us

Landscape working drawing
01

Design consultancy

We join architectural firms from the earliest stages and bring landscape thinking into the design from concept to construction documents. Every solution is fitted to the site, the climate and the client

Our team on site at OceaniQ
02

Design & build

Our in-house team delivers end to end: grading, drainage, irrigation and planting drawings, then construction management on site. We are equipped for projects up to 1,000,000 sq ft

Gardener watering after handover
03

After-completion services

Regular inspections, seasonal care, irrigation management and plant health monitoring. Landscapes are living systems, and we keep them thriving all year
